Graduation Weekend 2019
These policies are for parties of 5-16 people at Aventura during May 3 - May 4, 2019.
Required $100 Deposit
We require a $100 deposit as confirmation of each Graduation 2019 Reservation occurring during May 3 - May 4, 2019.
By submitting this $100 deposit, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following Graduation 2019 Weekend Policies below. Your $100 deposit will be credited towards your final bill on the day of your reservation.
Adjustments & Cancellations
You will have until Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 12:00 pm to make any adjustments to your reservation. After that date there is a $25 per person cancellation/adjustment fee for any reservation of 5 or more on the above-listed dates. If your party size decreases, it will be subtracted from your $100 deposit. You have until Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 12:00 pm to cancel your reservation free of charge. After that date, if you choose to cancel your reservation, you will forfeit your $100 deposit.
Reservation Time Frames
Due to the demand for reservations during Graduation Weekend (May 3 - May 4, 2019), we appreciate your understanding that parties must adhere to the time limits listed below (please see below).
• As a party size of 6 or less, you may enjoy your table for 1 hour 45 minutes.
• As a party size of 7-9, you may enjoy your table for 2 hours.
• As a party size of 10-12, you may enjoy your table for 2.5 hours.
• As a party size of 13-16, you may enjoy your table for 3 hours.
Due to the large volume of reservations we have over the weekend, we will happily hold your reservation if you call and let us know you are running late. However, it will impact the amount of time allotted for dining. If you do not contact us within 15 minutes of your reservation, we will remove your reservation from our system and you will forfeit your deposit.
We will be offering a special menu for Graduation Weekend. This paired down menu will consist of some of your favorite dishes, providing your guests with a variety of options to meet any dietary need. This menu will be finalized in the beginning of April. Due to the high volume of ingredient sourcing during Graduation Weekend menu pricing will be affected.
We have several options for enjoying desserts with your Graduation reservation. We offer a variety of housemade desserts similar to our everyday menu. We allow outside desserts to be brought in for a fee of $2 per person. Due to the high volume of guests we see throughout the weekend, we can only store an outside dessert for up to 8 hours prior to the reservation.

May we bring in outside dessert?
Yes! We charge $2 per person in your party for storage, presentation, plating, and repackaging.
May I come in early to set up my table?
Private Space reservations are welcome to arrive up to 20 minutes prior to reservation start time to decorate with anything you like, as long as it is not glitter, confetti, silly string, etc. If it’s bigger than a quarter, you’re all set! We’re unable to provide early set up for reservations in the main dining room.
Are you able to store our decorations for us so that we don’t have to carry them around?
May I split the check?
You may split the check evenly up to six times. We are unable to split off individual items.
Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions?
We do our absolute best to accommodate all dietary restrictions and allergies within the limitations of a kitchen that is not allergen-free. Please let us know as soon as possible if you or your guests have any severe allergies and/or restrictions.
Will gratuity be automatically added to my bill?
A 20% service charge will be added to all parties of 8 or more.
Do you have highchairs and/or booster seats?
Can I make a reservation side-by-side with another party?
Due to the configuration of our restaurant, we’re unable to offer this as an option. We do have private spaces that can accommodate larger party sizes up to 30 at Aventura, however, so let us know if you’re interested and we’ll put you in touch with our Private Space Coordinator for Graduation 2019.
Can my reservation be for the patio?
We don’t take reservations for our patio, but you may request an outdoor table when you arrive on the day of your reservation, pending permitting weather and availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations made before February 28, 2019 will result in a fully refunded $100 deposit.
All cancellations made after February 28, 2019 will result in the $100 deposit being forfeited.
What happens if I don’t show up on time?
Due to the large volume of reservations we have over the weekend, we’ll happily hold your reservation if you call and let us know you’re running late; please note it will impact the amount of time you’ve been allotted for dining (detailed in your contract). If you don’t contact us within 15 minutes of your reservation time if arriving late, it will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
Is there an elevator and/or chair-lift in the building?
Unfortunately, no, but please do let us know immediately if you or any of your guests require ADA accessibility. We’ll do everything we can to provide easy and safe access.
Will there be a special menu for Graduation? When will it be available for me to view?
There sure will be! We’ll have special offerings in addition to highlighting popular items we currently have on our dinner menu. We expect the final menu to be available to you at the beginning of April.
